Chef Silas Masih from Pepper & Salt Restaurant teamed with Coby Ladwig, Matilda’s Estate Winemaker bring you The Cook & The Crusher. The menu will showcase the regions finest produce with Silas’ love of seafood and spice. Each course will be presented on a trio plate of individual flavours over 4 courses matched with Coby’s handcrafted trophy winning wines.
